Terms of Service

Bookings
By booking a lesson you agree to provide accurate contact details and a valid pickup address. The instructor reserves the right to refuse service in cases of unsafe conditions or impaired ability to drive.
Payment
Lessons can be paid online at the time of booking or in person after the lesson (cash or bank transfer). Pay-after lessons must be settled on the day of the lesson.
Cancellation & rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule any lesson up to 24 hours before its start time at no charge through the app. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or no-shows, may be charged in full at the instructor's discretion.
Conduct
Abuse, harassment or unsafe behaviour toward the instructor will end the lesson immediately and may result in a permanent suspension from the service. No refund is owed in those cases.
Liability
Our vehicle is fully insured and fitted with dual controls. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a missed or delayed lesson.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
