Cancellation Policy

We want you to be able to plan around real life. You can cancel or reschedule any lesson directly from the app.

• More than 24 hours notice: free of charge — the slot is released automatically.
• Less than 24 hours notice: the lesson may be charged in full at the instructor's discretion, depending on whether the slot can be re-filled.
• No-show: the full lesson fee applies.
• Bad weather or unsafe conditions: the instructor may cancel at no cost and rebook you for another time.

To cancel or reschedule, open the app, go to your upcoming lesson, and choose Cancel or Reschedule.
